# OrderlyEmails

The [OrderlyEmails](https://apps.shopify.com/email-templates) app from [FORSBERG+two](https://www.forsbergplustwo.com/) is a great way to create beautiful email templates for your store notifications. You can easily design email templates that match your brand and improve conversion.

To include a unique discount in your OrderlyEmails designs, follow the below steps:

**1-** Login to the Personal Discount app (Shopify admin -> Apps -> Personal Discount)

**2-** In the **Email Service Provider** menu, click on **OrderlyEmails**

**3-** In the Campaign Type menu, click on the email type you would like to add the discount to. The available options are:

* Welcome new accounts -> Include in the Customer welcome email in OrderlyEmails
* Recover abandoned carts -> Include in the Abandoned checkout email in OrderlyEmails
* Follow up on purchases -> Include in the Order confirmation email in OrderlyEmails

**4-** Fill out the discount details, save your changes, then copy the Discount link at the bottom of the page.

**5-** If you have not done it already, install the OrderlyEmails app from the Shopify App Store: <https://apps.shopify.com/email-templates>

**6-** Login to the OrderlyEmails app (Shopify admin -> Apps -> OrderlyEmails)

**7-** Click the **Customize** button on your email design

**8-** Select the email type that you would like to add the Personal Discount to, that matches the Campaign Type you chose earlier:

* Welcome new accounts -> Include in the Customer welcome email in OrderlyEmails
* Recover abandoned carts -> Include in the Abandoned checkout email in OrderlyEmails
* Follow up on purchases -> Include in the Order confirmation email in OrderlyEmails

**9-** Click the Add section button, then select the Personal discount section and click Add

**10-** In the Personal discount sections settings, paste the discount link you copied earlier, into the **Discount link code** field

**11-** You can also customize the wording and button text to match the offer you setup in the Personal Discount app.

Note: You can also move the position of the section in your email, by dragging the section in the list of sections of the email.

**12-** If you have already purchased your email theme, make sure to click the **Export to Shopify** button and follow the instructions to update the email in Shopify.

Done! Your email design will now automatically include the correct link and image based on the Personal Discount app.
