Add a new automation in Discounteo. 2. Select **Brevo** as the email service provider. 3. Select the campaign type you want to enhance with unique discount codes: * **Welcome new subscribers** * **Recover abandoned carts** * **Follow up on purchases** * **Happy Birthday** * **Other**

4. Specify and save the [discount settings](/discounteo-for-shopify/configure-discount.md). 5. Copy the code snippet from the bottom of the settings page.

6. Navigate to the Brevo **Automations section**. Click **Create an automation** and select the automation type. Then, click the **Create automation** button.

7. Click Edit on the **Send an email** node in your automation. In the email template, drag and drop an **HTML element**. Replace the default HTML code with the code snippet from the Discounteo automation.

8. Once the email template is ready, click Use this **desing** in automation. **Save** any unsaved automation nodes, then click **Activate automation**. In the popup, configure the additional automation options and click **Activate automation** again.

From now on, your new subscribers will receive a welcome email with a unique discount code.
